2月1日至10日，亞太經合組織第一次高官會及相關會議在廣州順利舉辦，會議以“建設亞太配合體，促進配合繁榮”為主題。會議期間，247名青年志愿者組成專業服務隊伍，以高效、熱心的服務保證年夜會順利運行，展現了廣州青年的芳華風采。
此中，50名場內年夜會志愿者、50名機動志愿者與147名城市志愿者分工協作、各司其職。50名廣東外語外貿年夜學學子組成的場內志愿者隊伍，駐守白云國際會議中間，承擔會務禮賓、會場指引、注冊咨詢、外語翻譯、應急補位等12類崗位任務，保證70余場會議有序開展。團隊設置9個外語語種服務崗，累計服務超1000次，掉物招領崗完成60余次尋物與存放服務，實現服務“零差錯”。
147名城市志愿者將服務延長至城市各處，分布在會場周邊、白云親子空間設計機場、廣州白云站、廣州南站等路況樞紐，以及年夜會5條參訪線路，供給信息咨詢、路況疏導、雙語講解等服務。作為外賓抵穗首站，白云機場與廣州白云站逐日近300人次志愿者上崗，機場“春風服務”隊結合春運經驗，供給雙語招待與貼心服務。
